About the role
The HR Business Partner will drive talent strategy and support business objectives. This role advises leaders on people management, fostering development, performance, labor relations, compensation, organizational climate and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and accompany managers on strategic HR topics.
- Lead workforce planning, talent attraction and onboarding.
- Monitor HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, climate, and vacancy coverage.
- Implement actions that enhance employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, Psychology or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee‑relations management.
- Proven experience advising managers on strategic HR matters.
- Understanding of compensation, organizational structure and headcount planning.
- Ability to work with HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, climate, time‑to‑fill, etc.).
