Financial Manager – Renewals Deals (FP&A)

About the role

As a Financial Manager focused on Renewals Deals, you will join the Services and Operations FP&A team supporting Evergreen Subscriptions and Renewals. You will analyse renewal quotes, reconcile install‑base changes and provide data‑driven insights that influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve renewal quotes ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Analyse renewal subscription deals for accuracy and alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Reconcile and analyse install‑base changes and subscription drivers.
• Provide informed perspectives to challenge conventional views and improve decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT and Install Base teams.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis to support business priorities.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, program management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Financial modeling.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience with GenAI or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with FP&A tools and reporting systems.
