Financial Manager – Renewals Deals (FP&A)

About the role

The Renewals Deals Financial Manager will join the Services and Operations FP&A team at Pure Storage, supporting the fast‑growing Evergreen Subscriptions and Renewals business. Reporting to the Renewals FP&A Sr. Manager, the role combines deep financial analysis with cross‑functional collaboration to drive accurate deal execution and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve renewals quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• Analyze renewal subscription deals and reconcile install‑base changes that drive subscription variations.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and other teams to validate deal fitness and strategic initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.
• Challenge conventional views with data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressively complex financial analysis experience, preferably with deal or subscription exposure.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities to convey insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, project management, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
