Finance Officer – Professional (San Jose, Costa Rica)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Finance Officer (Professional) to join its Country Office in San Jose, Costa Rica. Reporting to the Chief of Mission and the Head of Resources Management Officer, the incumbent will work closely with the Regional Office for San Jose and the Department of Financial and Administrative Management at Headquarters. Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the budgetary and financial functions of the San Jose Country Office.
• Collaborate with the Global Shared Services Centre and other IOM units to ensure accurate financial operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
