Finance Analyst III

About the role

Under the direction of the Corporate Functions Finance leadership team, the Finance Analyst III supports end‑to‑end FP&A activities with a focus on consolidation, reporting, and financial performance management across Corporate Functions. The role partners closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, transparency, and actionable insights throughout the FP&A lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own components of the monthly forecast, estimate, and consolidation processes for Corporate Functions.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial results, identifying trends, risks, and key drivers.
• Lead variance analysis of actual versus plan, forecast, and prior periods and create executive‑ready narratives.
• Maintain and enhance FP&A models, consolidation templates, and reporting artifacts.
• Support the annual operating plan, outlook, and long‑range planning processes.
• Produce recurring management reporting and complex ad‑hoc analyses.
• Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to explain results and resolve data issues.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or reporting.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and stakeholder focus.
