Digital Production Specialist

About the role

WAM Digital is looking for a Digital Production Specialist to join its creative team. The role involves turning concepts into polished static and animated assets for global brand campaigns, working remotely in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality graphics, animations and digital assets for worldwide campaigns.
• Adapt and version assets across multiple formats, ensuring compliance with platform specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, motion artists, creatives and project managers to maintain visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Maintain production workflow, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Create motion graphics and timeline‑based animations using After Effects or similar tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, new technologies and digital production workflows.
• Handle feedback and revision requests professionally.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital design or production.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• English level B2 or higher, able to understand briefs and communicate with global teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in deadline‑driven environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
