Digital IT Helpdesk Analyst

About the role

Newmont’s Service Enablement Group is looking for a Digital IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide first‑level technical support to employees worldwide. You will be the front‑line contact for hardware, software, network and access issues, ensuring a reliable and positive IT experience.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, password, printer and desktop application problems.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office 365 and related workplace technologies.
• Configure computers, printers, peripherals and approved software for new hires.
• Manage help‑desk tickets, provide timely updates and document escalations.
• Escalate complex technical issues to specialized IT teams.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a ticket‑driven environment using phone, email and remote‑support tools.
• Competent troubleshooting skills and understanding of service‑performance requirements.

• Ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira or Remedy.
