Customer Operations Specialist (Supply Chain)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to drive the CPFR model and manage the collaborative agenda with key accounts. The role ensures accurate forecasting, optimal inventory levels, and seamless service performance across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CPFR model and coordinate demand, inventory, promotions, and service performance with key accounts.
• Integrate sell‑out data, commercial projections and supply plans to maintain forecast accuracy.
• Manage service performance metrics (OTIF, fill rate, on‑shelf availability) by collaborating with planning, logistics, quality and commercial teams.
• Analyze inventory, production schedules and substitution options to anticipate risks and build contingency plans.
• Optimize days of inventory, overstock, stock‑outs and working capital through KPI tracking and corrective actions.
• Oversee daily order management, purchase order follow‑up, shortage communication and catalog management.
• Ensure supply readiness for promotions and displays, coordinating product allocation to points of sale.
• Coordinate deliveries from multiple supply sources for made‑to‑stock and made‑to‑order products.
• Participate in supply‑chain value projects focused on cost reduction or value creation.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply, demand, logistics, customer service or commercial roles.
• Proven experience managing relationships with customers, commercial and supply teams.
• Familiarity with retail platforms, ERP systems and inventory management tools.
