Creative Manager – Hybrid

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Creative Manager to lead and elevate creative output across multiple verticals within its Design Studios team. This hybrid position blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, delivering high‑impact design solutions for consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality enhancement across at least two creative verticals such as Design, Digital, Content, and Video.
• Develop and implement design guidelines and strategies for diverse projects.
• Lead brainstorming and creative sessions with both consulting and design studio teams.
• Manage end‑to‑end design projects, translating complex business briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Create and deliver the design‑strategy service offering, fostering innovation and partnership with consulting teams.

• Eager to collaborate with Design Studios leadership on future vision and industry trends.
• Proactive in introducing new services, tools, and technologies.
• Capable of overseeing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships with consulting teams.
