Courier – Package Delivery & Pickup

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Courier to provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages for FedEx customers. The role involves driving, customer interaction and completing all required paperwork to ensure shipments meet FedEx Express service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect packages, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Complete and verify all paperwork such as airway bills, delivery records and vehicle condition reports.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Express features of service.
• Operate the assigned vehicle safely, complying with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Maintain security of FedEx and customer property, including cash, packages and hazardous materials.
• Suggest improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid B2 or B3 driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of courier or delivery experience.
• Neat, clean‑cut appearance and basic English communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and maneuver packages up to 150 lb using appropriate equipment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
