About the role
Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo is seeking a Cook (Level 3) to join its culinary team. The successful candidate will help deliver the resort’s renowned farm‑to‑table dining experiences across five restaurants and bars, contributing to the luxury guest experience that defines Four Seasons.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate dishes in accordance with Four Seasons’ quality and presentation standards.
- Support the execution of farm‑to‑table menus, ensuring fresh, locally‑sourced ingredients are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food‑safety regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
