About the role
Join P&G as a Consumer Relations Specialist in San José, Costa Rica. You will be the primary point of contact for consumers across phone, email and chat, delivering timely and empathetic support while representing the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound consumer inquiries, providing detailed product information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Process warranty claims and guide customers through resolution steps.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to messaging and processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate escalations and ensure swift responses.
- Engage with consumers on social media to foster loyalty and retention.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey empathy.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles such as call centers, retail support or similar environments.
- Ability to work on‑site for the first five months and adapt to a fast‑paced schedule (8 am‑5 pm or 7 am‑4 pm EST).
