Client Partner

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Client Partner to manage a portfolio of B2B accounts remotely from Colombia or Costa Rica. You will be responsible for sustaining and growing existing client relationships while driving year‑over‑year revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage between 15 and 20 client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Protect the existing business portfolio and identify upsell opportunities.
• Achieve specific annual growth targets for each account.
• Collaborate closely with team members and report to the team leader.
• Propose and implement process improvements and innovative ideas that add value for clients and the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably with US‑based clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a desire for continuous learning.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team.
