Change & Communications Senior Coordinator

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Change & Communications Senior Coordinator to design and deliver high‑impact internal communication initiatives that support major transformation agendas across its Practice Areas. You will work closely with the Change and Communications Director and senior leaders to shape messaging, drive engagement, and ensure consistent communication throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, design, and execute internal communication campaigns that align with BCG’s change priorities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather insights, align messaging, and maintain consistency across the firm.
• Coordinate and implement events, engagement activities, and communication touchpoints.
• Track and analyze communication effectiveness and engagement metrics, recommending improvements.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a strong team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing strategic communication initiatives that foster transparency and employee engagement.
• Strong background in change management with a focus on innovative adoption strategies.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholder relationships without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex information into clear messages.
