Business Intelligence Engineer – Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer – Associate Manager to design, deliver, and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions. The role owns end‑to‑end analytics delivery, turning business questions into actionable dashboards and predictive insights while leading a small analytics team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of business intelligence solutions, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and timely availability.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that support operational and strategic decisions.
• Execute ad‑hoc analyses for business inquiries, experiments and special initiatives.
• Monitor data workflows, manage refresh cycles and resolve data disruptions.
• Implement data quality controls and move reporting toward proactive and predictive analytics.
• Automate manual reporting, converting spreadsheet‑based processes into scalable dashboards using modern data‑stack tools.
• Collaborate with data governance and adjacent data teams to maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to project planning, managing scope, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Provide guidance to team members, remove roadblocks and promote effective collaboration across time zones.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a small analytics or BI team.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end BI delivery, from requirement gathering to dashboard deployment.
• Ability to manage project scope, risks and delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and status reporting.
