Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who will identify new market opportunities, build strategic relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, confident and capable of turning prospects into qualified opportunities while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, target markets and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and present our value proposition.
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of new deals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM and track conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to support growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover further opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding pipeline/revenue targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
