About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
- Streamline and improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
- Conduct data analysis, support project coordination and facilitate cross‑team communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
- Fixed schedule, no overtime or weekend work.
