Bilingual Payroll Tax Specialist

About the role

Monitor, reconcile and support overall tax compliance in a multi‑state, multi‑entity environment on a pay‑period basis. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on payroll tax filings, reporting and reconciliation with third‑party tax vendors and applicable agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll taxes after each pay period and review all statutory tax correspondence.
• Prepare and review tax filings such as 941s, W‑2s and related notices.
• Maintain payroll‑related tax accounts within third‑party tax vendor systems and generate specialized tax reports.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll tax accruals, journal entries and account structure revisions.
• Perform periodic internal audits of payroll tax data and support external auditors.
• Address payroll tax exceptions with Payroll Managers and third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
• Preferred FPC or CPP designation.
• Experience in multi‑state payroll tax compliance and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Finance and HRIS teams.
