Associate Platform Consultant

About the role

VML Costa Rica, part of WPP, is seeking an Associate Platform Consultant to act as a product specialist, delivering platform configuration and data management services to our clients. The role combines technical expertise with strong customer focus to help brands achieve their digital objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to identify goals and requirements for assigned projects.
• Configure environments such as Knowledge Graph, Pages, and related platforms to meet client specifications.
• Manage multiple inbound client configuration or data‑management requests and drive them to successful completion.
• Interpret stakeholder requests and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

• Fast learner who can build positive relationships and quickly understand business processes.
• Strong communicator and problem‑solver who works well in a team environment.
• Interest in technology and a willingness to develop platform expertise.
