TikTok Shop Growth Strategist – Social Commerce

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Strategist to drive revenue and optimize social commerce initiatives for its clients. The role combines affiliate management, data‑driven reporting, and AI‑enhanced processes to maximize performance on TikTok, Meta and other platforms. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, delivering insights and recommendations that sustain growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate strategies, including daily outreach through the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
• Manage affiliate and ambassador partnerships across TikTok, Meta and Amazon, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Set up, monitor and continuously optimize social shops to increase conversions and revenue.
• Track and report key metrics such as GMV, response rates and program growth, providing commission strategy recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, preferably agency‑based.
• Demonstrated expertise with TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate management systems.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and drive performance improvements.
• Proven track record managing social commerce initiatives across multiple client industries.
