Amazon Autos is reshaping how customers discover and purchase vehicles online. As a Senior Seller Success Manager you will act as a trusted advisor to automotive dealers, helping them grow their presence on Amazon’s marketplace while ensuring a high‑quality buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with dealer accounts in your portfolio.
• Monitor dealer satisfaction, account health, and engagement to drive long‑term success.
• Use data‑driven insights and marketplace expertise to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and present customized solutions that help dealers meet and exceed business goals.
• Track metrics that influence selection quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience.
• Partner with dealer leadership to create strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams.
• Manage escalations and provide solutions to maintain healthy account operations.
• Champion process improvements, tool adoption, and best‑practice sharing across the program.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Seller Experience, Operations, Product, Program Management) to advocate for dealer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing dealer or seller relationships in an e‑commerce or automotive context.
