Senior Sales Designer – Luxury Residential Interiors

About the role

Molteni&C is seeking a Senior Sales Designer to lead high‑end residential projects from its boutique showroom in Avenida Escazú, Costa Rica. The role blends refined design judgment with strong commercial acumen to guide clients through the full sales journey, from initial prospecting to project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients, architects, interior designers and developers.
• Develop space‑planning concepts and detailed specifications for kitchens, wardrobes, built‑in systems and luxury loose furniture.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close high‑value residential contracts.
• Coordinate site measurements, technical detailing and installation requirements.
• Maintain client relationships post‑sale, ensuring successful project follow‑up and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in interior design combined with consultative sales.
• Proven track record in specifying and selling high‑end kitchen, wardrobe and built‑in solutions.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and technical detailing.
• Advanced proficiency in English and a personal vehicle for client visits.
