Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Analyst II) to lead FP&A activities, build financial and operational reports, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will influence decision‑making by delivering clear data analysis, insights, and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative financial data to produce monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts.
• Lead controllership efforts: identify control risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements.
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecasts for OPEX and headcount, partnering with stakeholders on strategic workforce planning.
• Provide timely insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews, monitor forecast accuracy, and explain variance drivers.
• Partner with business teams to drive weekly/monthly close activities, planning, and reporting model innovation.
• Perform ad‑hoc business analyses, financial modeling, and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and automation opportunities; lead projects to improve finance tools and processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses and building financial/operational reports that inform decisions.
• 5+ years creating process improvements through automation and analysis.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal, B2+).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in high‑pressure environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
