Seasonal HR Live Support Advisor (Remote – Costa Rica)

About the role

Amazon’s MyHR Live Support team is looking for a seasonal, full‑time advisor to provide real‑time HR assistance to employees worldwide. This remote position is based in Costa Rica and focuses on handling phone and chat inquiries related to HR topics such as time‑off, relocations, benefits, and payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of live contacts, primarily via phone and occasionally chat.
• Resolve employee inquiries by referencing FAQs, knowledge‑base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate complex cases when documentation does not provide a solution.
• Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Adapt quickly to policy updates, new technologies, and evolving HR processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent real‑time communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and high ethical standards.
• Fast‑paced, multitasking capability and strong critical‑thinking skills.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing policies and procedures.
