Sales Delivery Lead - Associate Manager (Ad Sales)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Sales Delivery Lead – Associate Manager for its Digital Inside Sales team within Accenture Operations. The role will oversee delivery of advertising services to existing customers, managing inbound and outbound sales activities and providing after‑sales support for ad products and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of digital services and technologies, building and executing plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and motivate an inside‑sales team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, processes and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Determine operational strategies through needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost‑benefit analyses.
• Lead high‑performing teams while orchestrating cross‑channel digital strategies for leading brands.
• Define user requirements and establish production, quality and customer‑service standards.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, select, orient and develop staff to meet human‑resource objectives.
