About the role

The Strategic Partner Manager will own a portfolio of Uber's most important retail partners across Central America and the Caribbean. This data‑driven, commercial role blends strategic account management with advanced analytics to drive revenue growth and long‑term partner success.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and expand a portfolio of top retail partners, ensuring sustainable revenue, retention and partnership value.
  • Develop and maintain data frameworks, dashboards (Google Sheets, Tableau, internal tools) to monitor performance metrics such as conversion, basket size and cancellations.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify performance gaps, root causes and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Build business intelligence tools and reporting systems that improve visibility and commercial decision‑making.
  • Drive retail media adoption, optimize advertising and promotion investments, and maximize ROI.
  • Create and execute joint business plans grounded in data, aligning commercial priorities with measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex operational and strategic issues, using structured problem‑solving.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Product, Analytics, Marketing) to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, account management, business development or growth roles within grocery, retail, e‑commerce, CPG, marketplace or technology environments.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic accounts with revenue ownership.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong commercial instinct combined with analytical capabilities.
