Program Manager – Native AI Solutions

About the role

Amazon Grocery Retail Support (AGRS) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the research, design, and delivery of AI‑native solutions that automate complex business processes across multiple verticals. You will act as the bridge between operational teams and Amazon’s AI ecosystem, turning manual workflows into scalable, intelligent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive sessions with stakeholders to document current workflows and identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Amazon Bedrock and Q Business, to expand the solution toolkit.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI‑native solutions, defining technical requirements, data flows, and integration points.
• Drive the full delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment, managing timelines, resources, risks, and communications.
• Engage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to secure alignment, remove blockers, and promote adoption.
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains, solution accuracy, and business impact.
• Lead change‑management activities and contribute to AI governance frameworks.
