People Operations Analyst – HR Operations

About the role

The People Operations Analyst supports daily People Team activities for a fast‑growing, global aerospace software company. You will ensure accurate people data, streamline processes, and help scale HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, store, and maintain accurate data for globally dispersed team members.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting and other stakeholders to update people and job data for hires, changes, and terminations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to scale and automate operational tasks.
• Create, simplify, and automate existing HR processes.
• Perform regular data audits, reconciliations, and support ad‑hoc reporting and analytics.
• Monitor system integrations, notifications, and handle ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume HR operations or related function.
• Proven ability to resolve escalated issues quickly and independently.
• Strong work ethic with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on multiple projects.
• High level of confidentiality and superior organizational attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS tools and applications.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Pave, Power Automate, Power BI, ADP Workforce Now, Lattice, and iCIMS.
• Understanding of SOX/audit controls is a plus.
