Paid Ads Specialist – Performance Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Paid Ads Specialist to own full‑funnel performance campaigns for eCommerce and lead‑generation clients. You will work remotely, collaborating directly with clients across the US, LATAM, EU and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale paid media strategies on Meta, Google, and optionally TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat or X.
• Structure campaigns with proper audience segmentation, budgeting, bidding and creative testing.
• Monitor performance daily, make data‑driven optimisations, and meet CPA, ROAS, CAC and LTV targets.
• Prepare and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reports to clients.
• Communicate results and strategic recommendations confidently in a client‑facing capacity.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) into daily workflow for efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience running performance campaigns on Meta and/or Google.
• Proven track record with eCommerce conversion or lead‑generation accounts (not pure brand awareness).
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable interacting with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
