About the role
Join our team as an Operations Support professional responsible for leading maintenance teams and ensuring the reliability of telecom infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead maintenance teams and contractors.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance execution.
- Coordinate fault restoration activities.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs.
- Manage customer interactions.
- Support modernization programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Experience in telecom operations or field maintenance.
- Knowledge of RAN, transmission, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent.
