Logistics Coordinator – Advisor Partnerships

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator, Advisor Partnerships, supports UJV’s growth by handling the logistical details behind industry events, familiarisation trips and client‑related initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and Directors, the role ensures seamless execution of activities that strengthen partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate company participation in networking events, trade shows and conferences, managing invitations, registrations and event materials.
• Plan and manage familiarisation (FAM) trips, creating detailed itineraries for flights, accommodation, transport and activities, using FamGuru for itinerary management and agent communication.
• Support client gifting, webinar preparation and special projects in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, invoices and financial transactions related to events and FAM trips.
• Run production reports from Tableau and other platforms to support account reviews and client meetings.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, events or a similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, travel or business‑development support is a plus.
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
