Learning Solutions Coordinator (PEC Consultant)

About the role

The Knowledge and Learning Division is seeking a Learning Solutions Coordinator to support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning programs that align with strategic objectives. Working closely with a Learning Specialist, you will help create impactful training solutions for IDB staff and external development actors across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Develop learning solution proposals, budgets and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and monitor execution plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in designing learning objectives, modular structures, activities and assessment strategies.
• Support production of learning resources such as videos, case studies, guides and assessment tools.
• Organize and facilitate online, in‑person and hybrid workshops, ensuring effective delivery.
• Track KPIs, analyse data and prepare reports for each learning solution.
• Document lessons learned and share insights to improve future projects.

Required profile

• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional experience in coordinating learning or training projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accessibility standards.
