Internal Communications Lead Specialist

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for an Internal Communications Lead Specialist to shape the conversation across the firm. You will combine storytelling, strategic thinking and business insight to create campaigns that engage professionals on multiple channels and reinforce Deloitte’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support business priorities and activate internal audiences.
• Drive engagement for high‑profile campaigns, ensuring leaders and professionals are informed and empowered.
• Collaborate with Green Dot Communications, marketers and subject‑matter experts to define messaging and creative assets.
• Work with campaign managers, designers and digital producers to produce innovative assets that align with marketing messages.
• Conceptualize, write and edit a variety of internal collateral such as articles, talking points, web copy, leadership emails and scripts.
• Proofread and ensure quality control, translating Deloitte brand guidelines into a clear, human voice.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, manage multiple deadlines and maintain alignment across projects.
