Interaction Design Specialist

About the role

The Interaction Design Specialist will create and deliver user flows, prototypes, and UI designs ranging from low to high fidelity. You will translate strategic ideas into visual solutions that communicate expected behavior and enhance the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define team workflow, tools, and coordinate with management and development.
• Estimate effort, set standards for deliverables, and lead brainstorming sessions.
• Create templates and style guides for client brands, ensuring brand integrity and consistency.
• Produce advanced, aesthetically strong comps, graphics, and animation prototypes.
• Pitch concepts clearly, negotiate deadlines, and manage outsourced work when needed.
• Maintain an archive of design assets and produce training documentation.
• Support technical onboarding for new team members and collaborate closely with the Creative Lead.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English and a strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and UI work.
• Ability to critique design fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout) and apply universal interaction principles.
• Project management experience with familiarity in Agile, Waterfall, or other methodologies.
