Guest Service Coordinator – Luxury Lodge

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to lead the front‑of‑house experience at Pacuare Lodge, one of Costa Rica’s most distinctive luxury properties. Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as the Manager on Duty during your shifts and serve as the bridge between lodge operations and corporate offices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Concierge, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Spa teams, including scheduling, coverage and service standards.
• Design and deliver personalized VIP experiences and manage service recovery.
• Oversee EPIC reservations, KPI reporting and commission management.
• Assume full operational authority during MOD shifts, ensuring smooth guest experiences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, staff and corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of coordinating or supervising in high‑end hospitality, preferably in remote lodges, boutique hotels or experiential travel.
• Advanced English (C1+); Spanish is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with hotel reservation systems, preferably EPIC.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, immersive environment and live on‑site during shifts.
