FP&A Reporting & Analytics Analyst

About the role

Teradyne is seeking a Finance Analyst to support core FP&A processes, including engineering capital expenditures, headcount analysis, and weekly sales and marketing data preparation. You will work closely with senior finance leaders to ensure data accuracy, develop insights, and enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering FP&A by tracking Capex, T‑USE, headcount, expenses, forecasting, and leadership reporting.
• Provide trend and market analysis across revenue, bookings, headcount, Capex, and expenses, reconciling internal and external data.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, manage data refreshes, and ensure alignment across Oracle Fusion and related tools.
• Automate and standardize recurring reports to improve efficiency.
• Prepare data‑driven materials for management and executive presentations, delivering clear, decision‑oriented insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems.
