About the role

Cohesity is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth in the fast‑moving data security and AI‑powered resilience market. You will own a defined territory in Costa Rica, prospect new logos, expand existing accounts, and partner with channel allies to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute a territory plan focused on net‑new logo acquisition and account growth.
  • Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline sourced directly and through channel partners.
  • Identify key stakeholders, build relationships, and engage senior decision‑makers within complex customer organisations.
  • Lead customer engagements through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment with guidance from Sales Engineers.
  • Develop value‑based proposals that connect Cohesity’s platform to customer security, resilience, and operational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with technology alliances such as NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, and AWS to support deal execution and expand market reach.

Required profile

  • Proven track record in enterprise‑level sales, preferably in technology or data‑security solutions.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organisations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
