Employee Experience and Culture Partner

About the role

The Employee Experience and Culture Partner will champion a high‑quality employee experience for Experian’s Costa Rica operation. Working closely with the Employee Experience Manager, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders, you will ensure that people‑focused services are delivered consistently across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define, coordinate and promote internal programs that reinforce Experian’s People First culture and core values.
• Support employee engagement and retention through locally relevant initiatives, recognition programs, ERG activities and well‑being actions.
• Partner with EX specialists and HR partners to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, including sessions, materials and communications.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders navigating HR processes, requirements and available programs.
• Serve as the local listening ambassador, contributing to pulse surveys and action planning to maintain top‑employer status.

Required profile

• Strong partnership mindset with the ability to collaborate across HR, leadership and operational teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Experience managing employee‑focused initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement of service delivery.
