Creative/Digital Designer (5‑month freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative/Digital Designer to join our team on a 5‑month freelance basis. You will work closely with the assigned team to translate brand objectives into high‑quality visual assets across multiple media.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from initial concept through to final production.
• Create and execute design solutions that align with brand standards and team strategy.
• Maintain the highest level of creative quality and brand integrity.
• Produce final artwork for both print and digital channels, ensuring correct specifications.
• Collaborate with inter‑departmental teams and report to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Creative, meticulous, and goal‑oriented with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Skilled listener who can faithfully execute existing concepts and develop original designs.
• Passionate about quality and brand reputation.

Required skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Photo editing, retouching, and compositing.
• Understanding of print and digital production processes (CMYK, RGB, spot vs. process, vector vs. raster).
• Ability to build final art files for both print and digital output.
