Corporate Attorney (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on evaluating and improving AI‑driven contract review tools, ensuring they meet high legal standards for technology transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine AI‑driven contract review solutions.

Required profile

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of in‑house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
