About the role

The Commercial Coordinator for Payment Media will drive the growth of Banco BCT's payment solutions business. You will design and execute strategies to acquire, develop and monetize a portfolio of affiliated merchants, focusing on acquiring new clients and ensuring high‑quality service for existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new merchants for physical POS, mobile POS and e‑commerce payment gateways.
• Manage active billing, service quality and retention strategies for the existing portfolio.
• Support the placement of corporate issuance products such as business credit cards and payroll solutions.
• Monitor and achieve acquisition and billing targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with product, risk, operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Intermediate level of English.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales, account management or portfolio development experience, with proven coordination or supervision of commercial teams.
• Experience in payment media, technology solutions or the financial sector is a plus.
• Proficiency with commercial tracking tools (CRM or equivalent) and portfolio indicator analysis.
