Campaign Marketer, Marketing Specialist

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for a Campaign Marketer and Marketing Specialist to bring strategic ideas to life. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, you will work with a collaborative group of creatives and strategists to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing and communications plans across traditional and innovative channels.
• Develop channel activation plans, including client targeting strategies and multi‑touch customer journey maps.
• Collaborate with agile teams to create and launch campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Recommend and produce content strategies, overseeing the creation of assets such as social media posts, videos, podcasts and client stories.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics as needed, and deliver post‑campaign ROI analysis and lessons learned.

• Ability to anticipate market shifts, adapt quickly and identify new opportunities.
