Business Development Representative – Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a results‑oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support a strategic enterprise technology sales program. The BDR will work closely with full‑cycle sellers to turn target accounts into qualified opportunities, using an account‑based prospecting approach.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prioritize target accounts based on business needs, technology environments, strategic initiatives and buying triggers.
• Identify and map relevant stakeholders, decision‑makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Execute coordinated outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
• Develop personalized messaging that reflects account context, stakeholder priorities and Accenture’s competitive positioning.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business challenges, technology priorities and incumbent solutions.
• Assess qualification criteria and nurture leads until they are ready for hand‑off to full‑cycle sellers.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of B2B technology sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to engage both technology and business stakeholders in mid‑market and enterprise organizations.
• Comfortable with an account‑based prospecting approach rather than high‑volume outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
