Account Executive – Media/TV Sales (Commission Only)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to sell high‑ticket TV media packages to small businesses. The position is fully remote and focuses on inbound, pre‑booked Zoom calls where you will consult with owners on how a documentary feature can become a powerful marketing asset.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 16 inbound 30‑minute Zoom calls per day, camera on and fully professional.
• Present and close sales of TV media packages ranging from $10k to $100k.
• Maintain accurate records by updating the CRM, sending SMS confirmations, and completing post‑call reports.
• Participate in daily morning training and adhere to performance KPIs.
• Build a recurring book of business and nurture client relationships for long‑term revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or high‑ticket environments.
• Commitment to ethical, consultative selling without high‑pressure tactics.
• Ability to work 5–8 hours per day, stay on schedule, and meet performance standards.
• Comfortable using technology tools such as Zoom, CRM platforms, and SMS messaging.
