Social Media & Direct Response Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Diamond Braces is seeking a creative and analytical Social Media & Direct Response Marketing Coordinator to drive audience engagement, content performance, and patient acquisition across organic and paid channels. This full‑time remote position focuses on attention, conversion intent, and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage organic presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms, creating and scheduling native content.
• Research trends, write hooks, captions, CTAs and build weekly content calendars.
• Develop short‑form content systems, identify high‑performing opportunities, and repurpose assets across formats.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions, maintaining same‑business‑day response standards.
• Support paid social efforts by coordinating with marketing leadership and vendors, organizing ad creatives, testing hooks, and analyzing audience feedback.
• Produce monthly KPI reports tracking follower growth, engagement rates, reach, impressions, and video performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience with e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Track record creating short‑form viral content and driving social media growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication skills for hooks, captions, and community engagement.
