Shopify E-commerce Marketing Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Shopify E‑commerce Marketing Specialist to audit client stores, pinpoint conversion gaps, and deliver clear improvement briefs that guide our strategy calls. The role blends e‑commerce growth knowledge with website optimisation and marketing funnel analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Audit Shopify stores to identify website, funnel and conversion issues.
- Analyse homepages, landing pages, product pages, cart flow, checkout experience, copy, visuals and overall customer journey.
- Review marketing funnels across website, email, paid traffic, PPC, SEO and retention flows.
- Spot missed revenue opportunities, quick wins and areas for improvement.
- Prepare concise briefs outlining issues, recommended fixes, priority levels and next steps.
- Contribute to e‑commerce growth roadmaps covering site improvements, Klaviyo/email flows, retention and sales funnels.
- Create clear task specifications for designers, developers, freelancers or internal teams.
- Validate completed updates to ensure recommendations were implemented correctly.
- Continuously identify optimisation opportunities based on client needs.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify store management and e‑commerce marketing.
- Proven ability to audit websites, landing pages and sales funnels and to articulate findings.
- Experience with Klaviyo email flows, campaigns, segmentation or integrations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO and email.
- Ability to produce clear written briefs, reports and recommendations in English.
- Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML or CSS is preferred.
