Remote SEO Specialist for Multi-Location Orthodontic Brand

About the role

Diamond Braces is seeking a data‑driven SEO Specialist to boost organic visibility and patient acquisition across its multiple orthodontic locations. This full‑time remote position focuses on improving rankings, local search performance, and technical health while delivering clear performance updates to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SEO metrics (clicks, impressions, rankings, CTR, indexation) for all locations.
• Identify and resolve traffic drops, ranking declines, and visibility issues.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, schema, service and location pages.
• Coordinate technical SEO fixes with developers and maintain SEO dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO for multi‑location businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to diagnose issues quickly.
• Excellent written English communication and ability to work independently.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and accountable for measurable results.
