About the role
The Creative Strategist leads ideation for strategic accounts, shaping paid‑social advertising that drives growth for client brands. You will blend brand insight, performance data, ecommerce trends and consumer behavior to craft compelling ad concepts that meet performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid‑social creative strategies aligned with client objectives and historical performance.
- Rapidly test and iterate creative assets to improve CPA, CTR, ROAS, or brand awareness.
- Pitch new ideas and concepts to clients, write scripts, and oversee production through delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including media, analytics, and production.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with a passion for growth‑focused advertising.
- Strong understanding of paid‑social best practices and ecommerce trends.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into creative improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
