Sr. Project Manager

About the role

Freudenberg Medical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through manufacturing transfer. You will work on cutting‑edge medical device and pharmaceutical solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from planning phase through transfer to manufacturing, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with objectives.
• Develop, manage, and track project schedules, guaranteeing adherence to milestones and deadlines.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, providing clear and timely communication.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor technical activities such as validations, engineering builds, and process transfers.
• Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards for the medical industry.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives related to project management and NPI processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or a regulated manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management roles, preferably with NPI exposure.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
• Knowledge of medical‑industry regulatory and quality standards.
