About the role

Teralogic is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and maintain the architecture of its ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure successful deployments across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow architecture aligned with business goals and best practices.
• Create technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Provide strategic recommendations on technical standards and emerging industry trends.
• Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions and translate them into actionable developer inputs.
• Produce system documentation such as process flows, design documents, and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
• Utilize analytics and performance‑optimization techniques to improve system efficiency.
• Deliver targeted training to increase platform adoption and enhance incident handling, reporting, and automation.
• Manage upgrade cycles and implement new release functionalities.
• Propose and implement integrations with other enterprise tools.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive technical experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale ServiceNow projects in enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications preferred, such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL Foundation.
• Experience guiding and mentoring junior staff.
